The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to manage and improve our IT infrastructure, support
company systems, and ensure smooth operations across departments. This is a dynamic role
where you can drive technological improvements and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IT systems, networks, and security measures.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT issues.
• Oversee hardware and software maintenance.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure data security and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to identify IT needs and enhance operations.
• Train staff on new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networks, databases, and hardware.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
